Business Development Manager

In the United States, 60% to 70% of all accounts payable payments are still made by paper check! We are out to dramatically lower that number! We provide value to our clients by helping migrate from costly paper checks to a fully electronic payment process.

OnPay Solutions, ready for explosive growth and hiring in Jacksonville, is a financial technology company. We are seeking an experienced sales hunter who is ready for their next career step as our New Business Development Manager. This position will be responsible for cultivating new business. This position will be based in our Jacksonville offices.

There is a base + commission compensation package. See below for OTE range.

There is no relocation package available.

General Purpose

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for establishing relationships with new clients and overseeing delivery of products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Director of Marketing & Communications 

General Purpose

The Director of Marketing and Communications for OnPay Solutions  will direct a growing team in the execution of marketing, communications, and publication activities to generate leads, nurture existing customers and support strategic partner relationships. The strong and independent individual will have a strong desire to drive new business initiatives and have a passion for creating marketing messages that generate action.  They will work both strategically and in a hands-on way to lead ongoing marketing and communications activities.

Main tasks shall include but are not limited to:

  • Plan and coordinate a team in projects and activities.
  • Develop and produce related marketing, advertising, and communications pieces which support the strategic needs of prospects, existing clients and strategic partners.
  • Prepare agendas, budgets, and reports.
  • Oversee and manage related web and social media content.
  • Prepare, coordinate and plan distribution print and electronic materials created for the various client groups.

We are in a fast paced, quick response environment, where leadership and commitment is encouraged and rewarded. A high degree of independence while balancing collaboration with sales is required for this position. The employee must be project focused and be able to direct the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of projects

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in marketing and/or communications.
  • 5 years of Marketing Communications Management experience.
  • Demonstrated success growing SaaS or Financial Services businesses.

Sales Support Specialist

Main tasks shall include but are not limited to:

  • Personally represent OnPay Solutions in a professional manner to its customers and prospects
  • Develop a basic, understanding of the OnPay Solutions software and web products and value proposition.
  • Effectively hold a telephone conversation with a prospect in a relaxed, casual, and consultative manner in which you are able to learn their pain points and communicate our value.
  • Engage with existing customers on a monthly basis. 
  • Accurate record keeping and analysis
  • Develop a basic understanding of Accounts Payable Automation.
  • Develop a thorough working knowledge of HUBSPOT Sales.
  • Maintain and exceed the call quotas as measured on a daily/monthly/annual basis.

  • Take personal responsibility for the rapid resolution of prospect requests and call backs.

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree with related experience.

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of telemarketing experience, sales support, or customer support in technology.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.

Digital Marketing Communications Intern

General Purpose

Our intern will work part-time in our Jacksonville, Florida offices and be provided with daily and weekly tasks and will be trained on using HUBSPOT for posting and/or updating web pages, as well as HUBSPOTs extensive inbound marketing tools. During the internship they will have an opportunity better understand the requirements or becoming Inbound Certified, though certification is not required or included in the internship.

The ideal candidate will be interested in learning more about how to apply coursework to marketing efforts and how to utilize inbound marketing to grow leads and sales for a company. The candidate will have some experience in applied research methods and in business writing and communications.

We believe this internship would be eligible for credit at any College or University...It is already accredited at University of North Florida.

Main tasks shall include but are not limited to:

  • Create/edit/schedule content for social media posts using HUBSPOT platform
  • Create compelling graphics for social media,website, presentations, proposals, webinars and videos, etc.
  • Pull marketing analytics in HUBSPOT and create reports in Excel
  • Update website pages for universal formatting style 
  • Update website pages for SEO (meta keywords, meta descriptions, alt tags, H1s, etc)
  • Gather and organize general competitive and market information
  • Assist with writing and proofing content such as blog posts, campaign emails, newsletters, eBooks, etc.

 Technical Support - Implementation Specialist

We are seeking 1 or 2 specialists to work exclusively with new clients onboarding and with existing customers troubleshooting problems with their software or hosted applications.  All work done via telephone, web and SFTP.   This is a fast- paced environment that servers as an excellent entry-level position to our company which will be growing management, development, Q/A or operations roles in the near future.
