Marketing and Business Development (2 Openings)

 

Background and Responsibilities

Help develop and implement an acquisition strategy targeting mid-sized - large companies for Accounts Payable Automation and Accounts Receivable Automation.  This group will be responsible for generating of prospects for one of the fastest growing segment of the FinTech world.  Candidate will help develop a strategy for acquiring new customers and generating leads. Candidate will also be responsible for managing 1 – 2 marketing interns.

Requirements 

Candidate needs to be result-driven and be able to comfortably handle numerous work streams simultaneously.  Must have proven track record of driving results, strong strategic and analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas both clearly and concisely.  Candidate must be willing to learn and use HUBSPOT Inbound Marketing and Sales Platforms.  Candidate must also demonstrate ability to collaborate with and influence others.

Education

MBA or MBA Candidate with  a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Finance or Communications.

Digital Marketing Coordinator (2 positions open) 

OnPay Solutions focuses exclusively on business-to-business payments.   We offer a range of products and services to help businesses make payments in the most efficient way possible all while allowing them to remain bank-neutral.  We provide software solutions, hosted solutions, consulting services and outsourced check printing services to help business achieve maximum efficiency and even a revenue stream back into their accounts payable department. 

OnPay Solutions is seeking 2 digital marketing coordinators to help support the company’s marketing efforts.  Each coordinator will report to the Marketing Communications Manager.   The ideal candidate will be interested in learning more about marketing communications and digial marketing and have experience in researching and writing for business. 

 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

1) 
Working within Social Media Channels to increase awareness of OnPay Solutions Products and Services

2)  Writing or editing blog articles for our website

3)  Editing existing website content to refresh. 

4)  Editing existing website content to target specific target audience / business segments.

5)  Researching competitor’s websites and blog posts.  

6)  Writing articles for our customer email newsletters.

7)  Coordination of customer requests for non-technical support that result from marketing efforts.

Senior Account Executive

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a strong software sales background, who wants to work in a startup environment, in which s/he can impact the top and bottom line results of a company. This is a full-time position with benefits. Located in Jacksonville. No relocation package provided.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Create and execute new account acquisition strategies for our software and services to meet or exceed defined sales targets
- Identify, qualify, develop and close new software sales and associated implementation services opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer and Partner relationships, identify key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers
- Scope, define and convey complex customer requirements on both a business and a technical level
- Fully utilize internal CRM to effectively plan, track, monitor, and report sales and forecast activities
- Collaborate with extended teams to ensure proposed solutions match client needs with OnPay Solutions products and expertise

Education and Experience:

- Knowledge of business processes and key accounting principles and terms

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and extended sales cycles

- Thorough understanding of mid-market Accounting and Finance software applications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of recent B2B software and solution sales success in mid-market software as a quota-carrying individual

Sales Support Specialist

Main tasks shall include but are not limited to:

- Personally represent OnPay Solutions in a professional manner to its customers and prospects
- Develop a basic, understanding of the OnPay Solutions software and web products and value proposition.
- Effectively hold a telephone conversation with a prospect in a relaxed, casual, and consultative manner in which you are able to learn their pain points and communicate our value.
- Engage with existing customers on a monthly basis.
- Accurate record keeping and analysis
- Develop a basic understanding of Accounts Payable Automation.
- Develop a thorough working knowledge of HUBSPOT Sales.
- Maintain and exceed the call quotas as measured on a daily/monthly/annual basis.
- Maintain and exceed the sales opportunity creation quotas as measured on a monthly/annual basis.
- Take personal responsibility for the rapid resolution of prospect requests and call backs.
- Opportunity for advancement into a Sales Role or Business Development roll

Qualifications:

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree with related experience.

Technical Support - Implementation Specialist

We are seeking 1 or 2 specialists to work exclusively with new clients onboarding and with existing customers troubleshooting problems with their software or hosted applications. All work done via telephone, web and SFTP. This is a fast- paced environment that servers as an excellent entry-level position to our company which will be growing management, development, Q/A or operations roles in the near future.

Qualifications:
