Accounting and Operations Coordinator

 

We are currently seeking an Accounting and Operations Coordinator. This position will play a key role in helping us to achieve our aggressive goals.


Roles of our next Accounting and Operations Coordinator --

• Handles all invoicing and billing activities
• Prepares the month-end and year-end financial statements
• Performs month-end adjusting journal entries and general ledger management
• Performs accurate monitoring of cash flows and cash application
• Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles Accounts Receivable
• Verifies, allocates, posts, and reconciles Accounts Payable
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepares and organizes sales commissions
• Prepares and files semi-annual sales tax returns
• Prepares and issues payroll and 1099 payments
• Tracks and reconciles employee and company expenses
• Prepares analysis of company revenues and expenditures
• Serves as admin of HR management system
• Prepares monthly job costing analysis
• Assists in the onboarding of new employees

Our Sales and Marketing Administrator will provide support for our marketing department by coordinating lead lists and tracking, writing emails and generating marketing workflows. Some social media management will be involved. In addition, they will support sales representatives by preparing outbound communication and presentations.

Senior Account Executive

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with a strong software sales background, who wants to work in a startup environment, in which s/he can impact the top and bottom line results of a company. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Create and execute new account acquisition strategies for our software and services to meet or exceed defined sales targets
- Identify, qualify, develop and close new software sales and associated implementation services opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer and Partner relationships, identify key stakeholders, influencers and decision makers
- Scope, define and convey complex customer requirements on both a business and a technical level
- Fully utilize internal CRM to effectively plan, track, monitor, and report sales and forecast activities
- Collaborate with extended teams to ensure proposed solutions match client needs with OnPay Solutions products and expertise

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or similar)
- Subject matter expertise (understanding the pains) relevant to our buyer (typically CFO)
- Knowledge of business processes and key accounting principles and terms
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to quality
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex and extended sales cycles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to large and small groups including C-level audiences
- Thorough understanding of mid-market Accounting and Finance software applications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of recent B2B software and solution sales success in mid-market software as a quota-carrying individual
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, self-motivated, and work well on their own and as part of a team

Technical Support - Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking 1 or 2 specialists to work exclusively with new clients onboarding and with existing customers troubleshooting problems with their software or hosted applications. All work done via telephone, web and SFTP. This is a fast- paced environment that servers as an excellent entry-level position to our company which will be growing management, development, Q/A or operations roles in the near future.

Qualifications:

- SQL knowledge/experience REQUIRED. Database querying and manipulation a must.
- Excellent communication via phone and strong writing skills required. 
- Possess technical competency sufficient to learn software 
- Be a proficient problem solver 
- Desire to assist with database development and tool usage
