    OnPay Solutions is seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Specialist to utilize sales and marketing automation tools to generate opportunities for us to help organizations eliminate paper and manual processes in their AP departments. You will partner with sales and marketing to develop, execute and measure strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns, reaching our potential clients with tailored messaging that speaks to their unique pain points.

    Responsibilities

    • Optimize our current marketing initiatives to cost-effectively increase lead generation
    • Develop and implement lead-nurturing campaigns that are engineered to convert MQLs to SQLs to Clients
    • Design email marketing campaigns using our marketing automation tools with personalized messaging
    • Utilize ABM marketing strategies to locate new prospects and create customized copy and collateral to convert MLs to MQLs
    • Track and report on lead generation activity and KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPL, etc.)
    • Manage lead generation platforms and vendor relationships
    • Write website page copy, landing page copy, social posts, blog posts, etc.
    • Assess prospect pain points and lead quality with lead scoring and lead routing
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Creative to plan and release new content catered to new lead generation opportunities
    • Own the lead generation process and be passionate about what you do – we really are all about helping people here

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience working in digital marketing or a related role
    • Proven experience managing and developing multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, close deals and increase revenue
    • Experience leading multiple projects and managing marketing channels simultaneously with the ability to pivot and reprioritize tasks quickly
    • Highly collaborative with a “whatever it takes” kind of attitude
    • Creative problem solver that believes there is always a way to accomplish an objective – we just need to figure out how
    • Experience owning large annual budgets and meticulously managing daily and weekly spend
    • Expertise in marketing operations and automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, MailChimp, Growbots, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)

    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.

The ability to respond and support the systems in a timely manner is critical. The Technician is required to provide daily status reports to their supervisor.
