SaaS New Account Implementation Specialist
Listed as a GROWFL Company poised for rapid growth, OnPay Solutions is a business-to-business FINTECH headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. We are seeking 1 – 2 SaaS New Account Implementation Specialists. This position works by phone and through virtual meetings with clients and business partners to onboard them to our business-to-business payments platform. Additionally, the candidate will provide internal support, making improvements to administrative systems, procedures, and policies.

- Responsibilities

• Working with customers and internal departments to implement clients on new applications
• Creating and managing project plans

Our Sales Development Representatives (SDR) is the first human contact with target accounts. The SDR plays a key role in our account-based go-to-market strategy. This role is responsible for key activities like identifying and working key accounts, identifying and assigning individuals in an account to specific opportunities, and assessing and mapping that buying groups’ and individuals’ needs and preferences. Our SDR team works closely with Marketing Demand Generation Team and our partners to generate demand primarily via outbound prospecting into assigned accounts. They also may qualify, map and nurture inbound requests.

• Lead generation through target account selling, outbound cold calling, and calling on marketing-generated and inbound leads.
• Upselling existing on-premise clients to the new SaaS product. Individual will run client through entire sales cycle affording him/her the opportunity to learn the entire OnPay Solutions’ sales cycle and prepare for an AE role.
• Meet monthly lead objectives.
• Attain or exceed high call volume – 80+ calls a day.
• Track and maintain relevant information in CRM.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of OnPay Solutions’ sales process, products, and ICP.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to devise and deploy new outbound strategies. - Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales. (software or financial sales experience preferred)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated cold calling sales ability, with assertive, positive, and confident style.
• Knowledge or experience with software sales or financial services sales preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HubSpot preferred.
• AA, BA, or BS Degree preferred.The ideal candidate for this position will be based in Jacksonville, Florida either remote or in-office in 2022.
Compensation package includes a base salary of $40-45,000 and opportunities for bonuses paid quarterly based on performance

Database Developer (Remote - Contract)
OnPay Solutions is seeking a contracted Database Developer to work with our team and database analyst on a 5-6 month-long project to lead us into developing fully automated DB deployments using DevOPS. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS SQL DB repository in TFS (or git), VisualStudio and DevOPS.
