    Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with key stakeholders to transform business initiatives into project initiatives and leads execution activities from definition to delivery.

    Salary starting range at $74,500 but will be commensurate with candidate experience

This position works by phone and through virtual meetings with clients and business partners to onboard them to our business-to-business payments platform. The Software Technical Support Level 1 Specialist will be monitoring an inbound ticketing queue for both emails and voicemails. Specialists will assist users with a range of items, including: logins, payment processing, reporting, and other system inquiries.
