    Job description

    The ideal candidate is expected to learn existing product platforms and apply his/her skills in analysis and development to support new features and functions as part of a product team utilizing Agile methodologies.

    Responsibilities

    Primary responsibilities will include:

    • Analyze performance of programs and act to correct deficiencies.

    • Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills including the ability to understand technical financial and banking systems.
    • Ability to take initiative with rapidly changing requirements and independently iterate implementations to create working solutions.
    • Proactive planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
    • Uses initiative, exercise good judgement and exhibit business savvy orientation.
    • Very strong conceptual, analytical, judgement and communication abilities are critical.
    • Experience with .Net Framework, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Power BI.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field or equivalent experience.

  • Technical Support Intern

    OnPay Solutions is seeking to fill a Technical Solutions Intern position to support the day-to-day, administration, troubleshooting and maintenance of desktop systems and enterprise applications. The technician is charged with providing support, administration and configuration for systems and applications throughout the enterprise. The ability to respond and support the systems in a timely manner is critical. The Technician is required to provide daily status reports to their supervisor.

    Qualifications

    - 2 -5 years of experience in implementation of a software
    or service required. 

    - Has some experience leading task-driven project matrix.

    - SQL knowledge/experience REQUIRED. Database querying and
    manipulation a must.

    - Excellent communication via phone and strong writing
    skills required.

    - Possess superior documentation skills and
    experience.
